Gentle Chair Yoga course available in Grays
TRY a gentle yoga from a chair rather than the floor on a new ‘Seated Yoga’ course that starts on Wednesday 21 November at the Thurrock Adult Community College, Richmond Road, Grays – 2pm to 3.30pm for four weeks.
Chair yoga can be a good way of encouraging movement, exercising the joints for flexibility, helping to improve muscle tone and reducing stress/anxiety for a sense of wellbeing, especially for seniors, those looking to start slowly or with balance issues.
