ESSEX Trading Standards have sent out a warning regarding supermarket scam emails containing fake vouchers purported to help with buying food during quarantine.
14 FIXED Penalty notices were issued by Essex Police by those who refused to follow restrictions over the course of the bank holiday weekend, despite officers making multiple attempts to persuade them to stay home and stay safe.
OVER the bank holiday weekend, Essex Police have spoken to 1595 residents or visitors to the county about appropriate journeys or social distancing and only had to issue 8 penalty notices, ACC Andy Prophet announced yesterday.
