RUGBY: William Edwards schools girls team competed in the Essex Emerging Schools competition held at Thurrock RFC last Wednesday. There were seven girls schools who took part and William Edwards won every game and only had one try scored against them.

Jess Mead made some storming runs, along with Megan Oakey who played her first game after turning 12. New captain Charlotte Wright was tackling everything and making some strong runs b y leading by example. T-Chicks scrummaging was strong and there was a lot of ball turned over by Paris Missons.
