Shock defeat for Mens’s 1st X1 at Chelmsford

Thurrock could not have asked for a better start with some great passing and movement leading to a short corner with Jacob Aggoro finding the back of the net. Their lead was short lived with Chelmsford pulling a goal back and shortly after scoring another to take the lead. The T's were not without their chances though but were unable to finish goal scoring opportunities, hitting the post on two occasions. By the end of the first half Thurrock were 3-1 down and had their work cut out if they were to get back on top in the second half.
