TO mark World Mental Health Awareness Day on Thursday 10th October, Reach Out for Mental Health are hosting a pop-up living room in the heart of Grays town centre, in the mall.
THIS October 10th, Bluebird Care Thurrock & Castle Point is supporting World Mental Health Day, an initiative aiming to raise awareness of and promote education about mental health issues. The day also advocates people to talk about their feelings and encourages them to look after their own wellbeing.
TWO flagship events are being organised in Thurrock for residents interested in their lung health. Residents are invited to step inside the 12ft tall 15ft wide Mega Lungs, supplied by Roy Castle Foundation, who will be on hand to talk to people about lung conditions.
