JUST A FEW films left to go now! Apologise to any bands we didn't manage to cover. Doll Set Tones came on in the late afternoon. The sun was high and spirits were higher.
SHE MAY be just a shy wee girl from Tillacoultry (It's next door to Dollar...Clackmannanshire.....never mind) but she certainly packs a vocal punch. Her performance was far rocker than many expected and it was very very good.
THE chatter of eager parents overwhelmed the Thameside Theatre. Behind the grand red curtain gathered young dancers and singers, adjourned in dazzling stage outfits and equipped with beautiful voices and flawlessly executed dance moves. When the curtain finally slowly rose, silence fell among the audience, and the performance was about to begin...
YES, every headline may involve a pun but hey outside of the Grays Beach Park it has been a fairly depressing weekend with the terrible slaughter in Oslo and the death of Amy Winehouse. Here is a new girl group making their way in the world. They are on twitter and facebook. All the very best to them.
NO, we had never heard of them either but that, for many teenagers, will confirm how out of touch we are. The girls went mad for Twenty Twenty whose brand of power pop really went down well with the crowd.
