The Welcome Performance will be a one-off double bill showcasing both opera and ballet: Gianni Schicchi and Rubies. Giannia Schicchi is one of three short operas from Il trittico composed by Giaccomo Puccini. It is the amusing tale of a family obsessed with the last will and testament of a recently deceased wealthy aristocrat from Florence. Can they discover the whereabouts of the will or is it already in the hands of the lawyer? Has all the money really been left to a monastery?

ONE OF the reasons that Sunrise of the Sage might make it, is that they seem very well organised. That is hardly the most glowing rock and roll recommendation but you do see so many bands who seem to have no focus or plan.
Former Palmer's College student, James is largely self taught, working from his bedroom studio in Grays. YT caught up with James to see what he is working on at the moment and what the future holds for him.
