ON 5 February 2014, the Royal Opera House is hosting a free conference to launch Culture Change, a new business support programme for creative and cultural industries based in the East of England. AN INQUEST will be held on Wednesday into the circumstances surrounding the death of a Chafford woman. Anita Belcher, 42, died after falling from the Queen Elizabeth bridge on May 8th last year. The inquest is expected to last one day.

Motorists will be directed to the next junction at the Orsett Cock Roundabout and will return to the A13/ A1014 junction via the Southend-bound carriageway of the A13.
