Firefighters tackled a fire in a garage in Foxton Road, Grays, extinguishing the blaze by 03:22hrs. Crews used one hose reel jet and wore breathing apparatus. Fire in a prefabricated garage in Hillcrest Avenue, Grays at 4am. The officer in charge reported that 50% of the building was alight when crews arrived.
