Ga-Ga’ certainly entertained the crowd at the Thameside and they are definitely the best tribute act I have ever seen. The only bad point I have is that they were only in town for one night! Therefore, let’s hope ‘Ga-Ga’ return very soon and they don’t stop it now because we were having such a good time, we were having a ball!
EVEN interviewing Bluebell Care Home assistant Kath Heath for half an hour it was clear that this was a woman that truly cared. Kath was recently presented with an award at the Dignity Day at the Culver Centre run by Thurrock Link. Here, she speaks about her job or should we say, her vocation.

PEOPLE concerned about filling out their 32-page National Census form later this month can seek help at a series of meetings between 20 and 29 March. There will be someone from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) at every free event in the borough to answer questions and assist in completing the form.
"This fund will increase the amount of money, time, expertise and resources available to community groups across the Borough. I hope this will lead to a radical shake-up of how all grants are awarded, and I know the Chief Executive and the relevant directors will be looking to see what other resources can be used as part of this fund."

THE THURROCK RE-USERS Project (TRUP) are hosting a tea party next week in aid of the Helen Rollason cancer charity. The party will take place at their HQ in the Bata Estate in East Tilbury on Wednesday 15th March from 10am to 3pm.
