THURROCK's Yamaguchi Goju-Kai Club hosted our association Karate Kumite Tournament in Thurrock on the 25th September, the Venue was ideal it was the Bagminton Sports Hall at William Edwards School, the large Sports Hall was able to set up four competition areas with seating for over 300 spectators.
THURROCK Swimming Club sent a team of 65 swimmers to Romford's open meet. The swimmers, who train at Blackshots Leisure Centre with Impulse Leisure had an amazing weekend with personal best times, Essex and Regional qualifying times being set.
