THIS is starting to look like a grim season for Grays Athletic.
They suffered another defeat, this time at home to Lowestoft Town on Wednesday night at Mill Field.
YOU simply couldn't have asked for a more contrasting game than what transpired at Ship Lane on Tuesday evening. The hosts made better use of their possession in the first half
Canning Town caused an upset on Saturday after they beat Southend Manor to reach the First Round of the FA Vase for the first time in their history. The game ended goalless after normal time and remained goalless during the thirty minutes of extra-time.
TILBURY produced a great comeback to win the game after being two behind inside nine minutes. Manager Gary Henty made a single change to his line up, with Neil Richmond replacing Wale Odedoyin in attack.
THIS may be a season for Grays Athletic in which every single point counts.
And so whilst many may see this as two points dropped, Blues fans may well be grateful to see the single point.
