Living Books are back

Living Books was first launched in Thurrock, April this year and are about Thurrock residents who have faced various challenges in their lives which range from caring for someone with dementia to living with a disability, overcoming substance misuse or coping with redundancy.

Thurrock to get share of £14m new homes boost.

Naisha Polaine, Head of Area for the HCA in the East of England said: "This is positive news for both local residents and our partners. The £14m over the next three years will enable new homes to be built which in turn will address the local housing needs of Thurrock and Essex.
