World of Sofas goes into administration

Last year YT reported that World of Sofas were the subject of unfair trading allegations, as they were alleged to be responsible for offering customers false promotion prices and incorrectly stating when special offers are due to finish. World of Sofas was founded in 2009. The founders of collapsed retail chain Land of Leather, Paul Briant, Steve Dowdall and Peter Ling, launched a new furniture retail business under the World of Sofas guise.
