I am disappointed that Fola Orilonishe has decided to leave the club, I wish him all the best, he has given me a fantastic service, he was with me first at Waltham Forest and then I bought him to Thurrock, I understand his reasons behind the decision and I believe he is seeking a move to Sutton United if both clubs can reach an agreement.

Nancy also won the 100m in 12.9 as well as the 100m hurdles in 16.5. Natalie won the B string 200m in 27.3. Rebecca Barnard won the B String 100m hurdles attempting the higher hurdles for the first time.
