MEP for Thurrock, Richard Howitt paid a visit to Thurrock Lifestyle Solutions (TLS) in Grays and was full of praise for the award winning organisation. He was joined by staff from Procter and Gamble and South East mobility who told the MEP of how they had got involved with TLS.
PUPILS at Purfleet Primary School gave a clear message to their community that bullying is wrong, at a special event hosted at the school. The event celebrated the diversity of the community and focused on the message that everyone - whoever they are and wherever they are from – are all “One Thurrock”.

THE first event of the new look Open Vision will be held at the Swan, in Horndon-on-the-hill, on Thursday 22nd November between 7.30 and 9.30 pm, in the gallery room upstairs. The new format will continue to develop the network of artists and creatives in Thurrock and will feature a series of informal artist talks, a feature presentation as well as 'soapbox' opportunities to promote, discuss or update on opportunities, events or ideas.
COME and start the Christmas Season with festive songs and carols with the Royal Opera House Thurrock Community Chorus joining forces with musicians and vocal groups from across Thurrock for a special Christmas concert on Saturday 8 December at the High House Production Park.
