To take part in the 15s and 16s tournament on the Thursday you must be aged 14 or 15 by 1st September 2012, while the Friday event is open to anyone who is 16 by 9th August 2012 but hasn’t achieved the age of 21 by 1st September 2012. MARK Stimson's Thurrock had their first work out of the season as they were defeated 2-1 by a West Ham United X1 at Ship Lane. First chance of the game came from Freddie Piquionne who leapt above the Thurrock defence but his header went over.
