All Our Yesteryears 1960s event

Thurrock Council’s Tenant Participation Team is hosting its annual All Our Yesteryears event which is 1960s themed, and will be held on Friday, 22 October from 7.30pm until 11pm at the Civic Hall, Blackshots.

Living Books are back

Living Books was first launched in Thurrock, April this year and are about Thurrock residents who have faced various challenges in their lives which range from caring for someone with dementia to living with a disability, overcoming substance misuse or coping with redundancy.

Police Advisory Group Need Volunteers

Council tenants have a chance to win £100 worth of Lakeside Shopping vouchers if they take advantage of gas safety checks offered by Thurrock Council. If tenants provide access at the first appointment, they will be entered into the monthly prize draw.
