POLICE officers in Grays are appealing for information after a car was deliberately set alight in Hawkins Drive, Chafford Hundred on July 17 around 1.25am. IT WAS a lovely day for a street festival and the crowds flocked to see a variety of acts on Grays High Street. It is not very day that you see two mad professors walking down the street or a bit of medieval banter but that is the nature of a festival.
